Our Weekly Plans Include:

Our healthy meal plans include lean proteins,
whole grains (nothing white) and plenty of fresh vegetables
Chef Cindy will meet with you and provide a free consultation to find out your food preferences so that you and your family’s tastes and dietary requirements can be accommodated. Cin City Cuisine will then provide new menus, tailored to you, via e-mail, at least five days in advance for your approval. We have modified our services from cooking once per week in your home to offering fresh weekly meal plan packages with an all-inclusive price. We will cook for you two to three times per week so your food is always fresh. All items will be labeled with complete heating instructions to be enjoyed at your leisure in the comfort of your own home. This plan has been well received by our current clients.
