Chef Cindy has been passionate about bringing happiness to friends and family with her cooking since she was a teenager. Later, after words of encouragement from her “foodie” friends, she decided to make a career change and go to culinary school. After receiving her degree in Culinary Arts, she moved to Tucson, Arizona to begin working her way up the chef ladder. She went to work at Ventana Canyon in a Four Star / Four Diamond resort and quickly moved up to Sous Chef. From there she went to work at a Four Diamond private country club to gain experience as a baker where she became Pastry Chef and then Sous Chef. Chef Cindy discovered her calling while working at the country club when she became Personal Chef for a couple who were members of the club. Cindy then decided to move to Las Vegas, to gain more experience in culinary management, and accepted a position as an Assistant Chef at a well-known hotel/casino in the MGM group.
After more than 12 years, working in the fast-paced food service industry, Chef Cindy decided to get back to her calling and a more personal and satisfying level of cooking. Having truly enjoyed her time as a Personal Chef in Tucson, she put all of her considerable energies into establishing Cin City Cuisine. She enrolled in The Culinary Business Academy and earned her Personal Chef Diploma. Cin City Cuisine is fully licensed and insured to provide for you, in your own home, the best meals you have ever tasted, ranging from simple comfort food to all-out gourmet dining.
Chef Cindy is a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association and holds membership in The Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Association. |
