Chef Cindy has been passionate about bringing happiness to friends and family with her cooking since she was a teenager. Later in life after words of encouragement from her “foodie” friends, she went to culinary school to earn her degree in Culinary Arts while working in various restaurants. Afterwards, she moved to Tucson, Arizona and began working her way up the chef ladder. She went to work at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and quickly moved up to Sous Chef. From there she went to work at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon Country Club to gain experience in baking where she soon became Pastry Chef and then Sous Chef. Chef Cindy discovered her calling while working at the Lodge when she became Personal Chef for a couple who where members of the club. Cindy then decided to move to Las Vegas, to gain more experience in culinary management, and accepted a position as an Assistant Chef at a well-known hotel/casino in the MGM group.
After more than 15 years working in the fast-paced food service industry, Chef Cindy followed her personal chef calling and started her own business. She put all of her energies into establishing the now, very successful Cin City Cuisine. Her services range from healthy weekly meal service to upscale gourmet dinner parties. Cin City Cuisine is fully licensed and insured to provide for you, in your own home, the best meals you have ever tasted.
Chef Cindy is a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association and holds membership in The Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Association.
